VaultChat SMS Terms & Mobile Opt-In Disclosure

1. Program Description
VaultChat, operated by AUXXILUS MEDIA LLC ("we," "us"), offers an optional SMS verification program. The program sends (a) one-time 6-digit verification codes during account signup and login, and (b) transactional account-security alerts such as password resets and new-device sign-in notices. No marketing, promotional, or app-download messages are sent.
2. Consent Is Optional
Consent to receive SMS messages from VaultChat is not a condition of purchase or of using any VaultChat product or service. You may create and use a VaultChat account without providing a mobile phone number by choosing email verification instead.
3. How You Opt In
Opt-in occurs inside the VaultChat mobile app during account signup. The user is shown two verification options — Phone or Email — and must actively select "Phone" and enter their own mobile number on their own device. Tapping "Continue" on that screen constitutes the user's affirmative consent to receive the SMS messages described above. No phone number is ever purchased, imported from third parties, or shared.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by account activity. Typical users receive fewer than 5 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
6. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any VaultChat message. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive additional SMS from VaultChat. You can re-enable SMS later by replying START or by toggling phone verification back on in the app.

8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
